K&N SU-1017R Racing Air Filter for Suzuki GSX-R1000 Models

The K&N SU-1017R racing air filter is specifically engineered for high-performance use on Suzuki GSX-R1000 series motorcycles. Designed to enhance engine power and airflow, this filter features a two-ply cotton media that effectively captures dirt while allowing maximum air intake. Its construction includes fewer pleats than standard filters, optimizing airflow and reducing restriction for improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency. The SU-1017R is a direct replacement for the OEM airbox, making installation straightforward without the need for additional modifications in most cases. Regular cleaning and re-oiling ensure longevity and consistent performance, with the filter being washable and reusable, which adds value and sustainability to your racing setup. Please note that fuel-management modifications may be necessary to fully realize the benefits of this upgrade, especially in racing or high-performance applications.
