A "pre muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? The FMF Power Bomb is instrumental in reducing the decibel level on any four stroke and because of the expansion and contraction on exhaust through the system, the flow has been increased by nearly 10%. That means more power throughout the range.

The FMF Power Bomb header pipe is engineered for Yamaha YZ450F and WR450F models from 2007 to 2013, offering enhanced performance and reduced noise levels. This four-stroke header features a unique bulge design that acts as a pre-muffler, effectively lowering sound output by increasing the surface area to absorb exhaust noise. The perforated core within the header allows sound waves to dissipate into the steel wool packing, resulting in a quieter riding experience without sacrificing power. The expansion and contraction of exhaust gases through this system also promote increased airflow, boosting overall engine performance by nearly 10%, especially in bottom to mid-range RPMs. Crafted from durable stainless steel, the Power Bomb header ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for off-road environments. Designed with full service access in mind, it allows easy maintenance of the oil filter, reducing downtime during servicing. Whether you're seeking to improve your bike's sound profile or gain a performance edge, the FMF Power Bomb header delivers proven results with a focus on quality and efficiency. This product is classified under offroad exhaust systems and is compatible with specific Yamaha models, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. Installing this header pipe can significantly enhance your motorcycle's exhaust flow, contributing to better throttle response and overall ride quality. Trust FMF's reputation for innovative exhaust solutions and experience the benefits of this high-performance header on your Yamaha offroad bike.

Features:

Tuned for bottom to mid-range performance improvements

Designed to reduce sound output for quieter operation

Built from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance

Allows full service access to the oil filter for easy maintenance

Increases exhaust flow by approximately 10% for improved power

Product Type: Exhaust
Exhaust Type: Head Pipe
Material: Stainless Steel
Model: POWERBOMB
Segment: Offroad
Division: Exhaust
Class: Mufflers, Pipes, & Systems
Sub Class: Pipes

FITMENT:
2007 Yamaha WR450F
2007 Yamaha YZ450F
2008 Yamaha WR450F
2008 Yamaha YZ450F
2009 Yamaha WR450F
2009 Yamaha YZ450F
2010 Yamaha WR450F
2011 Yamaha WR450F
2012 Yamaha WR450F
2013 Yamaha WR450F
2014 Yamaha WR450F

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0742/9242/8957/files/a274-572a8b22c26aa_f3a3ec89-88d8-4318-8d1e-d1d2bac1fc3f.jpg?v=1771883791
https://thepartjungle.com/products/fmf-power-bomb-header-pipe-for-yamaha-yz450f-wr450f-2007-2013-stainless-steel-exhaust-system
